Chef Stephen is pleased to introduce the latest addition to the culinary team at Champion Hills, Sous Chef Blake Johnson. Blake comes highly recommended in the industry with exceptional experience at Black Rose, West First, Seasons, Biltmore Forest, and most recently, the Roux at The Hilton in Biltmore Park. Also, Blake worked in the Founders Room Kitchen in the Main Clubhouse at the Masters in Augusta.
Blake is excited to work in such a beautiful Clubhouse and to meet the Membership.
Executive Sous Chef Stephen and Sous Chef Blake will be at Acoustic Sunset. We will have an assortment of mouthwatering hors d'ouevres for your taste buds, and for your ears, a truly local treat: The acoustic tones of Brie Capone. It can't get much better than that.
