At Champion Hills, we offer a wide-range of fitness equipment and activities for everyone from the golfer to the yogi or even the late sleeper! No matter your interest, we have a fitness class for you this month at Champion Hills.
Beginning June 1st, members are encouraged to join us at one of the three yoga classes offered per week. Please note, these classes are open to both women and men and your first class is free!

- Wednesdays at 5 pm - Slow Flow
- Sundays at 8:30 am - Hatha Flow
